Corporate Transactions
Lisa Lange is a shareholder in the Madison office of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. where she focuses her practice in the areas of public finance, securities law, commercial finance and other corporate and business transactions.

The vast majority of Ms. Lange's practice involves transactions that raise some form of capital for commercial projects and enterprises, whether through tax-exempt bond financing, securities private placements or traditional commercial finance. Her wide range of experience in these areas allows her clients to explore a variety of opportunities to determine the best structure for the deal and the needs of the client. Her clients include banks and other lenders, entrepreneurs, investment advisors, underwriters and others in financing transactions over a wide range of industries.

Ms. Lange leads the firm’s Securities Team which focuses mainly on exempt securities transactions and private placements. Prior to law school, she worked for a securities broker-dealer for several years and was licensed as a registered representative and securities principal.
