John Halpin is an attorney in the Milwaukee office of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. where he is a member of the Business & Commercial Litigation, Toxic Tort Litigation & Consultation and Product Liability Litigation & Risk Avoidance teams. Before joining WHD, he worked as an attorney at one of the largest insurance defense firms in the State of Wisconsin, where he was recognized as a Rising Star by Wisconsin Super Lawyers and Milwaukee Magazine. Mr. Halpin won his first jury trial when he was just two years out of law school. He is a veteran in state and federal courtrooms throughout Wisconsin and Illinois and has significant experience in all phases of the litigation process. During law school, Mr. Halpin clerked for the Honorable Lynn Adelman in the Eastern District of Wisconsin and interned with both the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office and the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.

Outside of the office, Mr. Halpin is a member of the Milwaukee Chapter of the Ancient Order of Hibernians and volunteers regularly with the Special Olympics.
