Gretchen Cleveland is an attorney on the Corporate Transactions, Securities, and Emerging and Entrepreneurial Companies Teams of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. As a transactional attorney, Ms. Cleveland aims to develop strong, trusting relationships with established, closely-held companies so as to better understand their businesses and goals and to efficiently navigate and overcome transactional issues they may face. She is experienced in representing clients in all phases of a business's life cycle, and particularly skilled in assisting clients with the sale of stock or assets and other transitions of ownership and management.
