Gretchen Cleveland is an attorney on the Corporate Transactions Team of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. As a transactional attorney, Ms. Cleveland aims to develop strong, trusting relationships with her clients so as to better understand their businesses and goals and to efficiently navigate and overcome transactional issues they may face. She is experienced in representing clients in all phases of a business's life cycle, from raising capital for the operation of start-up companies to the sale of the stock or assets of well established, national corporations. Ms. Cleveland also draws from her transactional experience when serving on the Finance and Credit Union Law teams, where she advises clients specifically with regard to financial transactions and regulatory matters, respectively.
