Sverre Roang is a shareholder in the Madison office of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. and is the co-leader of the firm's Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Roang works with a variety of businesses to lead them through all stages of their development, from formation, through growth, and the eventual transition or exit for the owners, including mergers, acquisitions, and various other transactions. Mr. Roang strives to be a trusted counselor to businesses and the families who own them, which helps them find practical solutions to complex issues. He also has extensive mergers and acquisitions experience in complex transactions, leading to recognition by Chambers USA, who commended him for his “impeccable legal knowledge” and the “ability to keep his cool but get tough when needs be." He also leads the firm's Emerging & Entrepreneurial Companies and Family Business Teams.
