David is an experienced intellectual property attorney with expertise in patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation, including jury and bench trials, arbitrations, mediations, and appeals, and the development and implementation of intellectual property licensing programs. He has litigated cases involving and licensed technology including database software; document management systems; digital devices; computer systems for integrating video with transactional information; facsimile and e-mail systems; semiconductors; exercise equipment and sporting goods; industrial equipment and processes; medical, dental, and diagnostic devices; and aviation equipment.

David's practice also encompasses all aspects of trademark law, including client counseling, trademark clearance and prosecution, administrative proceedings, and litigation. He has represented clients in copyright matters involving music, multimedia, art, and architecture, including cases brought under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
