Ms. Strodthoff is a shareholder in the Milwaukee office of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek. She has been in private practice for more than 15 years, and has extensive experience counseling clients in all phases of intellectual property rights, particularly in the medical, biotechnical and chemical industries.

Ms. Strodthoff has research and management experience in industrial, academic, and government settings. After completion of her Masters’ program, she took a position as a microbiologist with Biotechnical Resources, Inc., Manitowoc, Wisconsin, where she conducted product and process development research related to bacterial fermentation. She later joined the Division of Fisheries with the Missouri Department of Conservation as a biologist with the Stream Access and Lake Program. In state government, she was responsible for the evaluation and coordination of land acquisitions for public access to stream and lake recreational areas statewide.

Her undergraduate degree is in biology and education, with a minor in chemistry, and her Masters’ degree is in biology with an emphasis in aquatic systems (limnology). For her Masters’ thesis, she researched nutrient cycling in an aquatic system of the Mississippi River.
