Dan Gentges is a shareholder in the Milwaukee office of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. He is a member of the firm’s Construction Services, Health Care, Commercial Real Estate, and Business and Corporate Finance teams. He represents clients in a variety of health care-related, real estate and finance transactions.

Representative Work

  • Assisted a physician group with its selection of lending institution for acquisition of interest in an outpatient surgery center joint venture with regional hospital.
  • Assisted the owners of a multi-specialty medical office, outpatient surgery center and imaging center with the sale of the center to a regional hospital network, and with the amendment and restatement of the center’s building leases.
  • Assisted a national health care development firm with negotiation of a development agreement and financing documents for an approximately $50 million hospital expansion.
  • Assisted a national health care development firm with preparation of a master building lease for a hospital-owned outpatient surgery center.
  • Assisted multiple physician groups with the planning, development, financing and construction of multi-specialty outpatient surgery, imaging and medical office buildings.
  • Assisted an IT-management firm for assisted living facilities with acquisition of a central data center.
  • Worked with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, the City of Franklin, Wisconsin, environmental consultants and a developer-owner to implement a wetland relocation and enhancement in connection with development of a multi-specialty medical office, outpatient surgery center and imaging center.
  • Regularly assists physician groups, individual physicians and other health care professionals with negotiation of medical office and clinic leases.
  • Regularly assists developers and owners of medical office buildings with acquisitions, sales and leasing transactions.
