Brad Dallet is a shareholder in the Milwaukee office of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek and is the chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Brad concentrates his practice in the area of real estate transactions and real estate finance, and is experienced in representing national, regional and local retailers, developers, companies and individuals in the purchase, sale, development and leasing of retail, industrial, office, and multi-family real estate.

Assisted largest regional grocery retailer with purchase, sale, sale-lease back, leasing and development of multi-store locations, including multi-store acquisitions, expansion in the marketplace, re-development of existing stores, and negotiations with national developers and retailers of leases and shopping center operating agreements.
Assisted a local developer in land assemblage, development and lease negotiations of multiple national retail pharmacy locations.
Assisted several local developers in the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of retail shopping centers, including extensive work negotiating leases and shopping center operating agreements with big box, mid box, and small national retailers.
Assisted several national and regional retailers in its site selection, development and leasing of multi-store locations.
