Milwaukee – February 26, 2013 – The law firm of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. (WHD) is pleased to announce the addition of Michael E. Dahm to its Corporate Practice Group, where he is a member of the Corporate Transactions, Emerging & Entrepreneurial Companies and Securities teams.

Dahm has extensive experience in private investment fund management, including guidance to SEC registered investment advisers, privately negotiated transactions, capital markets trading activities, fund formation and marketing, and investor relations.
