Milwaukee, Wis. – December 5, 2011 – The law firm of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. is pleased to announce that it has been recognized for its legal expertise and innovative approach by Lawyer Monthly Magazine, which has named attorney Sverre David Roang “Deal Maker of the Year - USA,” and recognized the firm as “Real Estate, Finance & Construction Law Firm of the Year - USA” for 2011, due to the work performed by attorney Brad Dallet and the firm’s Real Estate, Finance and Construction teams.

Sverre David Roang is a shareholder in the Madison office, where he serves as co-leader of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. He works with a variety of businesses to lead them through all stages of their development, and has strong experience in mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance and various other transactions. Roang works diligently to understand the broader industry in which his clients operate, allowing him to provide pointed and impactful legal counsel. He has been particularly successful doing so for significant agribusiness companies throughout the United States and around the world, helping many navigate complex M&A transactions.
