The White Collar Compliance and Defense Group at Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek represents individuals and businesses in conjunction with white collar issues. These include civil and criminal matters before federal and state courts as well as regulatory and licensing boards. We provide representation to both the subjects and victims in these matters.

The attorneys in this group address white collar matters in a wide range of substantive areas, including banking, finance, tax, health care, environment, real estate, securities, and antitrust. This is particularly important in those matters which focus upon a number of different substantive subjects. We also focus upon discipline and credentialing matters before professional licensing bodies.

Our Approach

We are committed to providing the highest caliber representation by offering complete and attentive counsel during each stage of a case.

Our attorneys review the facts and circumstances surrounding each case thoroughly. Some of the members of the group served previously in governmental agencies, including tenure as federal prosecutors. These experiences are brought to bear in addressing these issues.

In addition, in focusing upon these matters, we frequently retain and work closely with former special agents and analysts from federal law enforcement agencies.
