Overview
Our Team
Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C.'s Employee Benefits Team offers clients a wealth of experience in addressing sophisticated compensation and employee benefits matters. We advise plan sponsors,
fiduciaries
, plan administrators, executives, and insurers through a fully-integrated, cross-disciplinary team approach.
We structure employee benefits and compensation solutions to our clients’ needs. Our results speak for themselves.
Our comprehensive experience includes:
Addressing all aspects of negotiating, designing, drafting, implementing and maintaining any of a full array of employee benefit and compensation arrangements for active and retired employees, directors, and other service providers of privately-held and publicly-traded organizations, as well as non-profit and governmental entities, individual plan fiduciaries and plan fiduciary committees.
Advising clients through the complexities of benefits and compensation issues of corporate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and spin-offs.
Representing clients in all phases of interaction with administrative agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service, Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, Department of Labor, the Department of Health and Human Services and other regulatory agencies in connection with compliance issues, audits and regulatory filings.
Advising individual fiduciaries and fiduciary committees with regard to satisfying their fiduciary obligations to plan participants, including development and execution of a well-documented program of systematic procedural and substantive due diligence.
Providing litigation and litigation support services regarding fiduciary and benefit claims.
Our Approach
We strive to surpass traditional employee benefits counseling, by bringing to bear the skills and experience of our lawyers and other legal professionals in our Employment, Securities, Litigation, Corporate, Health Care, Non-Profit, Reorganization, and Estate Planning practices.
We approach our work from a practical perspective and tailor solutions to each client’s particular needs.
