will present "W-2 Reporting and SBC Compliance" at the Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce seminar –
Affordable Care Act Seminar: What You Need to Know to Be Compliant
– on Thursday, September 6, 2012.
Program Description
Ms. Zabawa will discuss what employers need to do to comply with the ACA’s W-2 reporting and Summary of Benefits and coverage requirements. Employers must meet both requirements in late 2012 or early 2013. She will provide a roadmap on how to comply.
